Our policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Only regular price items will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged when they arrive at your home. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and send the item to: Florex.
